Crevita Returns Policy
At Crevita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return any unworn, undamaged, and unused items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact for your request to be valid.
Personalised, solid gold or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part as these items cannot be resold and are made specifically to order.
Please note that earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless they have a manufacturing defect.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds, items with a manufacturing defect are exempt. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.

Any orders purchased within a bundle deal are only valid for a refund if all items from the order are sent back. For example 'BUY 2 GET 1 FREE', you would have to return all three items for your refund/store credit to be accepted. If all items aren't returned we reserve the rights to reject your request. We do not accept returns on any items purchased within this deal with earrings.

2. Initiate a Return
Contact us here or directly email our Customer Support team at [contact@email.com], on the email used to purchase the item, to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item along with a copy of the original packing slip and RA number.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, such as an incorrect item sent to you.
Please ensure you have proof of weight for the parcel you're returning, as well as using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
4. Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges, although we do offer store credit. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund, let us know whether you would like store credit/refund to the original payment method and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Warranty
All Crevita items come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and any water incurred damage. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us for further assistance.

Lifetime Guarantee

Crevita pieces come with a Lifetime Guarantee. This entitles you to a one-time replacement of your piece should you experience any manufacturing defects. This includes defective bails, defective clasps or stone faults. 

This guarantee is voided under intentional breakage and fading due to wear.

Please note, we can only offer replacements of the exact same item that is damaged, we cannot replace it for another item of the same or different value. If your item is no longer stocked, we can offer a gift card in place of your original item, for the original item value.
